When will I see results?

The morning after your first Overnight Veil, skin typically looks plumper and more luminous. Refined-looking pores and calmer tone build over 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Results are appearance-based and vary from person to person.

Which skin types can use the ritual?

All of them — the formulations are designed to be gentle, including for sensitive skin. If you have known sensitivities, patch-test the serum on the inner arm first. The ritual is cosmetic and isn't a treatment for medical skin conditions.

How often should I use each product?

Prep Serum: daily, morning and night. Overnight Veil: 1–2 nights per week, or nightly before an occasion. Morning Ritual Roller: every morning.

Will the veil stay on if I move in my sleep?

Yes — press the edges down around the hairline and jaw when applying. Side sleepers report it holds till morning.

Is the snail mucin cruelty-free?

Completely. The filtrate is collected in a stress-free environment and no snails are harmed. All LUMIÈRA products are cruelty-free.

Can I use the ritual alongside my existing skincare?

Yes. The ritual replaces your evening serums and night cream. Keep your cleanser, daytime moisturiser and SPF.

Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?

Nothing — tracked shipping is free on every order, no minimum spend. The price on the product is the price you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 6–10 business days with full tracking. You'll receive your tracking link within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. Can't find it? Contact us with your order number.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If it hasn't been dispatched, yes — contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

My parcel hasn't arrived. What now?

Check the tracking link first; if it's stalled for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase or replace it.

Returns & refunds

What's your returns policy?

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned for change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Photograph it and contact us within 7 days — we'll replace or refund immediately, shipping on us.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
