Change-of-mind returns

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind is at your cost.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products (The Overnight Veil, The Prep Serum) can't be returned for change of mind.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund immediately — shipping on us. Your order is our responsibility until it's right.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights that apply in your state or country, including rights and remedies available to US customers under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
